Perseverance:  James 1:2-6 (NIV - New International Version Bible):

Consider it pure Joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,

because you know that the testing of your Faith Produces Perseverance.

Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

The Harvest is Great, The Workers Are Few: (Matthew 9: 35 – 38 NIV Bible):

The Need for Workers:

Jesus traveled through all the towns and villages of that area, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom. And he healed every kind of disease and illness.

When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

He said to his disciples, “The Harvest is Great, but the Workers are Few.

So PRAY to the Lord who is in Charge of the Harvest; ask him to send more Workers into His Fields.”
